"VAIO" is a sub brand name of SONY which they marketed their Laptops and other computer related products.But after the reports of 2013 Q3, SONY has decided to sell their trademark VAIO to Japan Industrial Partners(JIP).
However, the price of VAIO trademark is not yet announced.
